The Millennial Happiness Factor: Millennials are Happier with their Bosses than Boomers

In our book, It’s Not You It’s Your Personality, Toni Rothpletz and I wrote about how the millennials and post-boomer generations can often be misunderstood.  There are plenty of articles about how they are seen as the “me generation“.  While millennials may have unique expectations in the workplace, some new information is showing that they are actually happier than their bosses.

According to a recent study of 11,000 respondents, younger workers were more more likely to be happy with their boss than older workers.  For more about this study, check out this recent WSJ.com article.
